System Overview

The HDProfiler system is the first inspection technique to give the full picture of your underground assets, from manhole to manhole. Combining laser and sonar profiling with a high resolution virtual pan and tilt camera provides both qualitative measurement data and HD quality images of the internal condition of the pipeline.

Utilizing the standard battery, the onboard computers of the HD profiler system is capable of 3 hour continuous inspections of lines of over a mile / 2kilometers long as the unit is only limited by the length of tether available, this inspection can be increased if necessary through the addition of extra battery units.

Flat Report - Colour coded topographical map of the pipeline, ideal for corroded and brick pipelines
Debris Graph - Graph identifying both changes in water level and debris heights
Debris Volume - Cubic volume of the debris within the pipe line
Six in one Report - Flat Graph combined with CCTV footage, Precision Vision Graphs, and 3D representations of the pipeline
