In 2004 the Profiler system was submitted to The Water Research Council in the United Kingdom for an independent study of fitness for
purpose as part of the WRc Approved scheme. This assessment included testing of specific claims made by CleanFlow Systems and tests specified by WRc.
The study covered three main aspects of the product:
- An audit of CleanFlow's Method Statements and Quality Systems
- Testing of the product under controlled conditions in terms of accuracy, repeatability and automated reporting calculations and methods
- Field Testing to assess the practicality of the product in field conditions and the provided field manual
The assessment procedure found that the Profiler™ met and in most cases exceeded the requirements of Assessment Schedule PT/235/0904. A WRc Approved certificate was awarded to CLEANFLOW SYSTEMS for the Profiler™ in December 2004.
The equipment was recertified by the WRC in August 2009
